Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Delaro Labs ("we", "us", "our"), operator of OpsVela (opsvela.ai), collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website or use the OpsVela platform (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, company name, phone number and login details.
  • Billing information: plan and subscription details. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Workspace content: tasks, files, messages, videos, documents, rates and other content you or your agents submit to or create in the Service.
  • Connected services: information needed to connect the AI platforms and tools you choose (for example, API credentials or authorization tokens, and data accessed with your permission).
  • Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and how you use the Service.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or forms.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including running tasks with your AI agents.
  • Process subscriptions, trials and billing.
  • Provide support and respond to requests.
  • Improve, secure and troubleshoot the Service, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Send service notices and, where permitted, product updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your workspace content to train our own AI models.

3. AI platforms you connect

OpsVela lets you connect your own accounts with third-party AI platforms (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI). When your agents perform work, relevant content is sent to the AI platform you selected for that agent or task. Those platforms process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and charges are billed by them directly. Please review their policies before connecting.

4. How we share information

  • Service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, payments, email, analytics, support), under confidentiality obligations.
  • Third-party services you connect, such as AI platforms, Slack, or project management tools, as directed by you.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
